Painters & Sculptors Grant, 2018
My practice is based in exploring the rich soup created through an interweaving of drawing, ceramics, and sculpture. Developing work centered on subtexts of lived spaces has led to an interest in the shadows potentially coded within such environments. I consider the eloquence of artifacts that inhabit our leisure spaces, both private and public, and their power to communicate ambivalent narratives."”
