About Norah Lovell

Norah Lovell is a visual artist whose recent work includes drawings on paper and ephemera, books, and paintings. She received her MFA from the University of Chicago and BFA from the University of New Mexico, and taught art and dance at the University of New Mexico. Residing in New Orleans since 2008, she has worked as a painting conservator, and for the honors program at Tulane University. Her work has been exhibited at the Contemporary Arts Center, The Ogden Museum of Southern Art, Callan Contemporary, and is included in the Drawing Center Museum’s Viewing Program in New York City.
