As part of the Administration team, Aundrae supports the organization through overall human resources support, benefits administration, and recruiting. Aundrae has over 13 years of progressive human resources experience, working with a variety of organizations through their development. Aundrae's depth of organizational experience ranges from nonprofit organizations to the hospitality industry, with expertise in HR policy and procedure, recruiting, management, employee relations, payroll & benefits administration, training, development, and more. Aundrae holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch in NY and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College.
